Reasonable observers have already realized that the pullout of US forces in Afghanistan will create a power and security vacuum that would inevitably be filled by the Taliban or other warlords. The radical feminist “anti-war” group “Code Pink” realized this recently when a number of them visited Kabul Afghanistan. Code Pink has been responsible for

There is a lot of propaganda about this guy, much of it untrue, but the reason it’s out there is because he scares people. People shouldn’t be scared because he’s black (he’s half) or Muslim (he’s not). The New Yorker cartoon is only scary because people don’t get the joke. What IS scary is that he is a radical leftist with beliefs, ideas, and friends that are way out of the mainstream of America.

“Democrats pledged that the so-called ‘stimulus’ would create jobs immediately and keep the unemployment rate from going above 8 percent,” Boehner said. “But since the ‘stimulus’ was signed into law, more than 3 million private-sector jobs have been lost. Americans are asking, ‘Where are the jobs?’ but all they’ve gotten from Democrats in Washington is more spending and more debt.”

The FBI and state law enforcement agencies wish to have the Internet service providers keep log files of every web site a person visits for two years. Many of us believe this is already in place with the big isp’s but it is hard to pin them down.

Senior Obama administration officials took to the airwaves Sunday to accuse Fox News of pushing a particular point of view, one week after the administration fired its initial salvo to try to isolate the news network by accusing it of being a GOP mouthpiece.

Someone once said that he hoped the President failed. It was back on September 11, 2001, just a short while before the terrorist attacks when those words were uttered, by James Carville, at a breakfast sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor. Of course, because of the date, and because what happened that morning, his remarks might have been missed by some. But not by all.

1) There will be transparency in the law-making process. For the past month, the Senate Finance Committee has been debating health care. But, much to the surprise of many Americans, they haven’t been debating an actual bill. They have been debating and amending a 262-page description of health care reform. It’s essentially a summary of

This is completely bizarre. President Barack Obama has just won the Nobel Peace Prize. It is unclear why. For making peace, of a kind, with Hillary Clinton? For giving up the missile shield and cheering up the Iranians? For delaying a surge of troops and weaponry in Afghanistan?

The American people are coming to express increasingly significant doubts about his initiatives, and most likely support a different agenda and different policies from those that the Obama administration has advanced.
