Yes. Truly free, no contract, no commitment. We use the time to understand your goals and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. Sometimes the answer is no — and we'll point you toward someone better suited if so.
30 minutes by default. If we're getting somewhere good and both want to keep talking, we'll keep talking. If we're done in 15, we're done in 15. We respect your time.
Either works. The booking confirmation email includes a meeting link — usually Google Meet, but we can switch to Zoom if you prefer. Just reply to the confirmation email and we'll send a Zoom link instead.
Nothing required. If you want to make the call more productive, have your current website URL handy, any competitor sites you admire, and a rough sense of what you're trying to accomplish. But you can also just show up with questions — that works fine too.
Of course. Bring whoever helps you make the decision. Just let us know in advance so we can plan the conversation accordingly.
The confirmation email includes a reschedule link. You can change your time as many times as needed, no questions asked. To cancel, click "cancel" in the same email or just let us know.
No. The call exists to figure out whether we're the right fit. If we are, we'll send a clear, itemized proposal afterward. You'll never get the "now here's our premium package" treatment on a 30-minute discovery call.
