Choose the target
One industry, one city. The app does the rest.
YouTell me the industry and the city. My system finds every business with a visible online problem, verifies who runs it, writes the opening line from their own reviews, and delivers it to your sales desk — or I book the meetings for you. You pay for leads that pass a written checklist, or for meetings that actually happen.

This is the same system I run for my own agency. You choose the target; the machine and I do steps 2–6; your team — or mine — does 7 and 8.
One industry, one city. The app does the rest.
YouGoogle, maps, directories and social — nine sources, de-duplicated.
MeClosed, duplicate or already a client? Removed automatically.
MeBad reviews, no website, dead social — with a proof link.
MeOwner or manager, with phone, email and LinkedIn.
MeHIGH, MEDIUM or LOW from the evidence — not a guess.
MeOpening line written from a real review. One click per outcome.
MeOpen slots, one click, straight onto the closer's calendar and Zoho.
MeA deliverable lead is: an open business in your industry and city, not a franchise, a specific problem you can click and verify, a named decision-maker with a working phone, and never one I’ve sent you before. Anything that fails is replaced, not argued about.
Open, in the right trade, in the right city, not a chain, not already your client. Closed and duplicate listings never reach you.
"Google rating 3.2, last five 1-star reviews unanswered" — with the link. Not "website could be better".
Owner or general manager: name, title, direct line where one exists, email, LinkedIn. Confirmed still there.
Written from their own newest reviews, so your first sentence is about them, not about you.
Their top local competitors with ratings and review counts, so the gap is obvious on the call.
10–20 leads a week in a shared sheet or straight into your CRM, so quality shows up after twenty leads, not two hundred.

Month to month. Start with a sample batch so you can judge the quality before committing to anything.
10 qualified leads in your industry and city, delivered within 5 business days.
Up to 60 checklist-verified leads a month, delivered weekly.
My team calls, qualifies and books onto your calendar. You only pay when the meeting happens.
Prefer to run the machine yourself? The software is available as a one-time licence — ask me about it.
Yes. Each lead is delivered to one client. I also never deliver a business twice to the same client, across months.
Nine public sources — Google Places, OpenStreetMap, YellowPages, Google Local, Yelp, Facebook, LinkedIn, BBB and local directories — merged and de-duplicated, then researched one by one.
If it fails any item on the checklist within 7 days (closed, wrong owner, dead number, duplicate, no verifiable problem), it is replaced free. "They weren’t interested" is a sales outcome, not a bad lead, and isn’t covered.
Trades and local services with lots of owner-operated shops and public reviews: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, dental, auto repair, med spas, law. Ask about yours.
Yes. The research is the same anywhere in the US; the system just needs an industry and a city.
Yes — the same system is available as a self-hosted, white-label product with a one-time licence.
Tell me the industry and the city. You’ll have a sample batch within five business days and a clear view of what the monthly service would look like.
